WHY TRAIN WITH INTENT?




We utilise a systematic approach to coaching at Train With Intent and this has served us well, having achieved a multitude of health, lifestyle, aesthetic, and performance related results. We have the system to ensure your journey is a successful one.



INTENT

The word intent means intention or purpose. Every person I work with adopts a purposeful mindset to achieve their goal.
I, myself will train, program and coach you with that same level of intent to ensure that you reach your desired outcome

DATA DRIVEN

‘If you’re not assessing, you’re just guessing’ - I really value the ability to collect data so we can physically see where and how we are improving. Having something tangible to work with is also great to get or achieve buy in from the athlete

USE OF SCIENCE

Use of science - of course innovation is great, but when there is well documented research to back up certain methods of training, I’m going to utilise that information. My approach is largely science based and the training methods applied are to create the necessary stimulus for that individual athlete and their needs

TRUEINTENT

In simplistic terms, a stronger muscle is a more resilient muscle. The stronger the muscle groups surrounding a joint, the more the joint is protected.

Aerobic training is also a fundamental and essential component to overall health and performance. Aerobic activity increases cardiovascular health and will provide you with longevity of life. 

ABOUTME

Alex has been a coach for 10 years, working with a variety of professional athletes, youth athletes, sports teams, celebrities, and those who want to improve their health and lifestyle.
He has represented his county at National events in both athletics and squash before emigrating to Spain with his family.
He now resides back in the UK.
TRAIN WITH INTENT is the brainchild of Alex’s desire to ensure individuals and groups acquire better health, happiness and confidence in their performance, regardless of their social status.
